I am using 6.1.4, i can run Actinic fine and create a snapshot fine, but when i try to import it on to another pc it just crashes and comes on with the usual "would like to report this to microsoft.. etc..." When Actinic is restarts it then says cant find registry key and keeps reporting errors. It is not just one computer it is on all three i have tried, should i send the snapshot to Actinic? I have also tried another of our shops and that does the same to so its something to do with when we upgraded.

Hi Gavin
Might be an idea to check on the pc that crashes, has the user being set up as Administrator or just Power User. Judging from the error you are getting, it seems that you are running Windows XP.
Also you can open the snapshot in WinZip, so try extract the files to a temp folder, if you get an error, saying it cannot do this, then the snapshot is corrupted
