    SBS2000 running ISA 200

    Hi,

We have upgraded our customer onto an SBS2000 server running ISA 2000 with the firewall client install locally.

The customer when trying to download/upload or run the test connection is always getting "the operation timed out" message.

Is their a way to configure ISA to work with this version 4 of actinic or do they have to upgrade to a later version?

Does actinic use any special ports that need to be open on ISA. I have open the normal PORT 80 for HTTP and PORT 20/21 for FTP.

I can manually use MS FTP command to connect to the server etc. but actinic doesn't.

    Has any experienced this before?

    Cheers

    Martin

The first thing you always have to check when this happens is whether you have 'passive FTP' enabled in network settings.
