Best approach for download product

I'm a first time user so apologies if this has an obvious answer.
I want to set up a small site which allows on-line purchase of software, with an option to buy a CD instead. The cD will carry postage costs, the download won't.
Can anyone suggest the simplest approach for this?

I have a delivery option on each downloadable software product that I sell, this has a 'Send CD' option and I have set the cost of this to £10. Basic, but it works for me, I don't have a lot of products though.

Thanks Jan, yes that's exactly what I'm trying to achieve - is that a component, attribute or what?

I use a component, with an attribute of Delivery method with two choices, download or Send CD (+£10), then I define permutations with component pricing and set the send CD option to cost £10, the product then has it's pricing model set to sum of product and components.
