adding non-html link on the navigation-bar

I want to add a link to my forum (a php-file) to the navigation-bar. Which template do I have to edit to add the link?

It all depends on the theme you are using. If you are using any of the Clean Layouts, or Specific Designs (excluding BusinessCSS) then you need to go to 'Design | Options | Layouts' and click the 'Edit' button next to the 'Overall Layout Template' field.

Look for NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERGUIDE and add your link next to that.
