Multiple products in one 'deal'

Is this in version 8 ?

I'm afraid there is no way to do this at the moment outside of manually changing the prices in the drop-down lists.

We are, however, looking at this for the next major release of the software.

Does version 8 allow you to automatically update the prices in drop downs (choices / permutations) without having to do it manually ?

Version 8 does do this I believe. Components have a pricing display UDP which to can set to show prices, with or with out VAT.
