Removing the 'Country' option

Just a quick question - I have a customer who only wants to trade within the UK. Is there any way of removing the Country drop down that appears at the start of the Check Out process. I've looked and can't see how this is achieved.

Hi,

Remove all zones except UK from within 'View | Business Settings | Shipping and Handling. Ensure that you have 'Do not allow shipping' selected for the 'If shipping band not defined option (bottom left corner of the window).
