order notification by email

a customer of ours has email notification turned on so they get an email when the order is placed.

They want to change the address the email is sent to, is this done in the business settings or is there somewhere else i can change the address?

This is sent to the address in the 'business settings>company/contact' page but they can always get an additional copy sent to another another email address on the 'Business setiings>ordering' page.
