Shipping options not displaying in checkout

Hi

I am having problems with shipping options not displaying. The first class option is automatically picked and the drop-down of options is not displayed.

I have checked Business Settings and the 5 original shipping bands are displayed by class.

I don't appear to have an act_shippingtemplate.html, which I am guessing handles the drop-down???

Please help!

Hi,

The Act_ShippingTemplate.html file is kept within the ShipControl folder in your site folder. Try replacing it with an original template. If your theme is based on a style sheet theme then get it from:

c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v6\formats\themes\BusinessCSS\ShipControl\

otherwise get it from:

c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v6\formats\themes\Business\ShipControl\
