Digital Download

Is there a way for customers who have already downloaded a file using the "Digital Download" today, to be able to login and download it again next week?

Hi there

I'm afraid this is not possible, for a client to login and download it again, however, you can specifiy the expiry time for the download link. This is in "View | Business Settings | Options", and toward the bottom they will have File Download Expiry Time: x hours

Remember, when a client purchases a digital download the link will also be in the email from your store to them
