Site Import Fails

I've been updating my catalogue on one PC, and then exported the site to a CD to upload via another PC.

When I try and import the site back into the other PC I get the following error :-

'The selected file does not contain a Site group - it contains a user-selected import'

Has anyone come across this before, and if so I'd appreciate any suggestions that you might have to resolve this issue.

Hi,

Did you do a snapshot or just export the catalog to a hierarchical csv file?

Hi,

Can you check if the snapshot has become read-only (CDs have a tendency to do this to files). Right-click on the file and select 'Properties', if the 'read-only' box is ticked - un-tick it and then try importing it again.
