I understand how to reate "duplicate" products using components.
However, there is a problem that is confusing customers.
The order has a line for the parent product, quantity 1. Zero charge, *and* another line for the component prioduct, quantity 1 at the normal price.
Customers are writing to us to tell us that they only ordered one item.
The instructions for setting up duplicates (point 8 in the FAQ) clealy state (in the slave product) to Change the pricing model to the "sum of Component Prices" and tick "No order line for main product", both of which have been done.... but still there are two order lines.
Is there a way around this?
Thanks
Rod
