    Secure Cert Security alert

    HI all
Bit new to Actinic but so far like what I see.

I have taken the 'demo site' and configured it on a Win2003 machine. I am having problems when you get through to the secure server / checkout side of things.
    The URL is http://actinic2.aspsight.com/index.html

When you get to the checkout there is a security certificate warning and the padlock only appears when you say no to allowing the none secure content.
I have tried the Business settings and Network settings and even printed off and viewed the Source code for the pages but I cannot suss out what is causing it.

I am using the Secure cert for other sites and there isn't an issue with the cert itself.
    I am using Actinic 6.1.4

Can someone spot the problem :-(

    Regards
    Gary

This is a known 6.1.4 bug.

In actinic.css, remove or comment out this line:
    background-image:url(NETQUOTEVAR:BGIMAGECSS);

      Many thanks.
      That did the trick.

Many thanks for the quick response - you saved me getting the matchsticks out for a long evening

I am in my 1st week of Catalog evaluation and had this problem and was stumped for some time until I found this message. I was wondering whether or not I would be told about this when handing over the licence fee. Most other software support web sites I use have a bug report or bug fix section. Can't find one here, or is it under some other less obvious title?

Lists of bugs that are fixed in the current release are available in the Release Notes that accompany the software.

When we come across a known problem with Actinic, are normal procedure is to add it to the knowlege base http://knowledge.actinic.com/.

Your error is described at http://knowledge.actinic.com/users/k...ut.html#aCD460
