where does the body of the customer email come from?

I get this in my email

Hi Jo,

Try looking in Act_CustomerEmail.txt (Advanced | Template Manager | Miscellaneous tab | Customer button). This is just a text file and therefore, html tags will not work in it.

I looked in that file before posting.....

there are no html tags in thr txt file, as far as I can make out the shopping details come from <Actinic:CART/>

Hi Jo,

Try searching for <font size=2>Shipping</font> in Design | Text. If it's not there then take a look in OrderScript (search for sub GenerateCustomerMail).
