    Reports stopped working

    I am running ACatalogue version 6.1.3
    We are not using the software for order processing as we have a different system for that, we use the email notification and cross relate it to the downloaded orders when required.

    For some reason the function of looking at our reports has stopped working.

    We go through reports - reports selection - Sales - transations and then enter the start and end dates.
    This used to do some calculations and open a seperate window with the report displayed.
    Now all that happens is that the cursor changes to an hourglass for a few seconds and then back to an arrow and that's it :-(

    We are not deleting any order on the PC for 365 days and the last time I ran a report we had around 3500 records.

    any help would be appreciated.

    Additional point

    Just noticed that I cannot select the print setup option from the main File menu.

    I have a printer configured on the PC and can print from it ok.

    Are these related?

      Something that I can do...

      I have discovered that I can print from Actinic in the following manner:

      In order view - Reprint Invoices - Standard report - print.

      However I cannot select the printer from edit menu or print the reports.

      This is getting urgent now.

      Any help gratefully appreciated.

        Finally found answer

        I finally found the answer in the KB, although the symptom was not the same, this fix cured my problem too.
