    Order download script errors!!!

Client is download orders and receives:

The web script was unable to open the specified file.

    Possible Cause:
    Permission problems
The permissions on the acatalog directory are locked
The permissions on the file on the acatalog directoy are locked
The path from the cgi-bin to acatalog directory is incorrect or the directory has been renamed or removed

    Recommendations:
    ....

I know the hosting company moved our ecommerce clients to a new server and people can take orders so the permissions look correct.

Also when I have the client run a test from the 'Network Setup' > 'test' and the test was successful.

I read another post with a similar problem but they moved to a windows server and they had issues with network setup test.

    Permissions on folders:
    ACATALOG - 755
    CGI-BIN - 777

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jason

I told the client to do 'refresh website' and the same message appears. I've changed the cgi-bin to 777 and still nothing.

Also, the cgi-bin should be 755, and the 'acatalog' folder should be '777'.

The solution was the cgi owner had changed. I simply changed the user back to the original from the old server and it worked fine.

          Thanks for all the help.
