Ver 6 LE not wroking on secure area

Hi I have a version 6.0.2.0.0.0.0data a LE version which came on a disk with a magazine.
I wanted to set this up as a demo site to show off for other people to host with me....
I have installed and configured and all works fine until the page where you determine the country. There is then a general script error which has baffled me.
I have then asked someone to upload their site which I know works to the same settings and theres is fine (they use 6.2)

Can anyone throw light to the error?

Hi,

The problem is due to a bug in the version that you are using. I have attached two amended perl scripts that should get the site working with SSL. Detach the file and extract the two perlscripts into your c:\program files\actinic ecommerce v6\sites\Site1 folder - replacing the existing ones and then refresh your site (Web menu | Refresh website). Take a backup of your site before applying this patch.
