Printing in Alphabetical order

Hi all,

When we print our packing lists, it neither prints in alphabetical order or product code order.
If we open the order and look in line items they are in product code order, its just when we print it seems to jumble it up, which is extremely tricky when we have to pick the orders.
So does anyone have an idea how i can change this so we can print in order.

I guess they are printed in the order that they are ordered online - whereas in Actinic you can sort them according to whatever you want (by clicking the column headings in the 'Line Items' tab).

The only thing I can think to do is a report customisation. Jan Strassen at http://www.mole-end.biz/ does customisations and may be able to help you.
