    Error: The input is NULL

    Continuation of http://community.actinic.com/showthr...readid=6064...

I have actually come across this not only in the shopping cart but within the website itself. So am unsure if the fix posted earlier will work.

After installing the update for M$ internet explorer instead of a Null error I now receive
    Line: 31
    char: 1
Error: 'parent.CatalogBody.document.all(...)' is null or not an object
    Code: 0
    URL: http://www.queenswood.co.uk/acatalog...68&CatalogBody

If the above link doesnt work

It seems to load the page ok & after you click ok on the error It doesnt show that there was an error.

I dont have this problem on the pc at work as Its windows98
Im using win2k Latest version of IE plus the patch that I have not long added.

    I hope this helps!!!!

    Hi,

I can't replicate this error on your site. I've tried on three different pcs, all Win2k but with different versions of IE - one has the latest version of IE with the patch one doesn't have the patch and one is an older version of IE.

The error you get looks like a javascript error so it may be worth checking any javascript that you have on your site. It may be coming from your navigation bar - does it appear on every page or just this one?

      hi Tracey,

I have now discovered it is because of my interent explorer settings are set high. if i set my security on IE back to medium or medium low it works fine.

      Many thanks,

I knew it had to be a configuration as at work it works fine.
