It sounds like Actinic is having problems showing the receipt. My suggestion is that this is due to the SMTP mail server in 'Advanced | Network Setup' being incorrect. Try removing it (you may need to de-select 'Email required on new order' in 'Business Settings | Orders' to achieve this) and then upload to see if it is any difference.
