    Stock Control

We are happily using Actinic V4.1.1 Business- it will tell us how many boxes of each product are in stock. But if we suspect an error, we have no chance to check the incoming and outgoing quantities against dates and bought and sales orders. so we cannoyt rely on it. Are we missing a trick? Or we do we need to import the Actinic database into a third party stock control management system? If so what software is available and how does the import work? Comments much apreciated, Nick Varlow, Anglopackaging.com

It sounds like you need an accounting package that can allow you to track invoices and sales receipts, and also hold stock Quantities. Sage Line 50 is pretty good for this - or else QuickBooks Pro - both of which we link with.
