No shipping on one item only

I've just had this one sprung on me by my client...

The shipping charges on a store I'm working on at present are calculated on value, but one item is a gift voucher which is emailed to the customer, so should therefore have no shipping charged.

There isn't time to convert everything to shipping calculated by weight as the store is finished (apart from this) and I have to put the CD in the post tomorrow morning!

Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

S'ok, folks, figured this one myself - had a Eureka moment just as I was going to bed, how sad is that?

Change to shipping calculated by weight. Set the weight for an item to the same as its price, so something costing £19.99 would have a weight of 19.99kg.

    Seems to work OK

I think you could have made a weight of kg 0.00 with a delivery cost of £0.00 and then made the product weight kg 0.00

This would have charged no delivery for that item.
      (calculated by total weight).
