Credit Card Charge

Can you tell me whether there is a facility within Actinic to process a % for credit card handling on the overall order value?

The handling fee only relates to % of shipping costs and the handling fee makes cheaper products too expensive and does not charge enough for the more expensive products.

Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.

The discount feature also allows for a surcharge, but it will apply to all orders. In Actinic, View->Discounts to set it up.
