Product display order

Hi All,
I've just finished imputting all my products only to find they're being displayed in the catalog in the opposite order from what I would like and need.

i.e. the first product I added is the last to show.

I inputted in the order of our printed catalog i.e. first catagory first product. It is displayed as last product entered in the last catagory added.

How do I change the order, I can't redo the whole proccess it would kill me.

Products are shown in the order you have them arranged under the catalog tab. If you kept adding products at the top, the first will end up being last. You can drag and drop the products in the order you want.
