Section List

Is there anyway of changing the section list so it goes down the page in 3 columns but runs down instead of across, eg
we have:
a b c

d e f

g h i

would like
a d g

b e h

c f i

[Jan]

Maybe you could reorder your sections? (I would do anything to avoid messing with the templates so maybe that is a daft suggestion - apologies in advance if it is).

Well its not that daft, but maybe there is an easier way, because on a list of about 60 sections will take me a while, thanks
