We find that when we open some of our older orders in the 'Completed' Tab, just to check what a customer ordered last time, the Shipping and Handling charges revert to the current charges and the order total increases. As the order is now part paid, the order then moves to the 'Pending' tab.
The only way to get the order to move back into 'Completed' tab is to go to the 'Totals Tab' and copy and past the shipping and handling charges from the 'Original' Column to the 'Current' Column. Now the order total is correct and the order shifts back into 'Completed'
This is further complicated if an order had any adjustments made to shipping and handling on the original order, as there is then no record of what the shipping or the handling charge was in the first place.
Are we alone in our frustration ? Is there a fix for this ?
