Delivery and Invoice Address Options

Good afternoon all,

I am currently developing a site where the only payment method is cheque on delivery.

Is there any way I can remove the option for goods to be delivered somewhere other than the invoice address?

If you go to design / text, select the Web site (cont) tab and the Invoice address subtab there is a prompt that says "If you want to ship the purchase to an address other than the invoice address, check this box:" (prompt phase 0, ID 16 database - catalog) if you uncheck the show box next to this and then upload your website the user will no longer be given the option of entering a different delivery address.
