how to link to Terms page

I'd like to put a link on the home page of our site direct to Actinic's Terms & Conditions. Is this possible? We're using Actinic Catalog v6

actinic's terms page is called info.html, so just create a link to acatalog/info.html

You may need to ensure that the info page is set to "separate page" in design|options|misc
