Permission to use email address for newsletter

To protect me from the spam laws.

I am looking to be able to ask the customers when they fill in the invoice data for permission to keep them updated with new products etc.

A simple paragraph and a tick box to say yes

Vertually no html experience, How do I do it?

In Design / Text / Web SIte (cont) / Invoice Address - there are several unused checkbox fields that you can activate and rename to do just that.
