Payment Completed Problem

With Actinic v5 when I had marked the items as Shipped and sent a Mail to the customer (once everything had been paid) the entry used to default to Completed page.
However, with Actinic v6 it seems to stay on the Pending page even although all the shipping, mailing, etc has been carried out and marked as such.
Is there something I haven't ticked??

I believe that the status needs to be "Full Payment Received" and Shipped and Invoice Printed.

Are you by any chance using Pre-authorisation?

If so you will need to click on New Payment in the payment window for an order before the status changes to "Full Payment Received".

This doesn't work properly in V6 since the receipt will show two amounts, even though only one has been charged and there is no easy way to remove the pre-authorised payment. We currently have to annotate the second payment to reassure the customers - a bit of a pain!
