Exporting Files

Hi all,

We've recently upgraded from v4.1 to v6. In v4.1 we were able to Export orders to file with a choice of which files we wanted to export.

Now in v6, in Outstanding Exports, everything is exported automatically, without being able to choose which orders to export for VAT return purposes.

This creates an extra step for us because we now have to edit the export file, if the export includes orders from the next quarter. This is a nuisance considering this option was available in v4, so v6 has taken a step backwards from our point of view.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

From the order screen, you can select a range of orders to export by clicking on the first one with your mouse, and then hold the shift key down and click on the last one you want exported. Click the right hand mouse button and choose (re) export to file. you can then choose the file name.

That worked whereas using the options at the top, it doesn't!!
