Changing font size and type

If you want to change the general font size from the sections where the text is 12 points to 10 points -

1 Which templates need to modified?
2 Exactly where and what is modified to create the changes?

if you are using a css theme then change actinic.css

otherwise you will have to trawl through the templates looking for the font tag
