V5 database error

Is there any way to fix the database to resolve the following V5 Catalog error? "An error occurred while loading products into the tree display. Error retrieving record."

Hi,

I'm sorry that you have not had a reply for so long, are you still experiencing the problem? If so, it looks to me like it would need some investigation into what has happened with the database so could you register a query here
