Upgrading to V6 Catalog from V5

Is this reasonably painless? Is it just a question of installing over the existing site and does it keep ALL your current V5 settings?

It really depends if your site is customised or not. If it is customised, you may have to make changes to the templates once they have been upgraded to V6. Click Here for the upgrading to V6 guide.
