Page Anchors

Is there any simple way to insert anchors on generated papers?

For example if a home page has links to specific products, I'd like that link to go straight to that part of the page (not just the page) that the link refers to.

Every product has an anchor tag of the form "a<product reference>" ready and waiting. It's wrapped around the product name so linking to it will usually take you to the top of that product.

So if you want to go to page widgets.html and to product ref 1234 then you'd have something like <a href="widgets.html#a1234">Off we go</a>
