restrict shipping of products to specific countries

We have an online florist site which offers delivery to UK, Ireland and, at present, about 35 other countries. We are adding new countries weekly, and eventually there will be about 140. Each country has it's own section in the website, with a selection of products which are unique to their country. The problem we are finding is that customers are selecting products from one country, and then selecting a different country at the checkout stage. This means that they are selecting products which are either unavailable in the delivery country, or are available at a different price. Is there any way to set up actinic so that each section (or product) can only be selected for delivery to a specified country (or countries). If this facility is not currently available, can you add it to the wish list.
