I think your problem is the dashes (hyphens) in the section names. It is the sections where the names start with '--' that give the errors.

I don't think these are being encoded properly when Actinic creates the links to these sections.

Try removing the '-'s from the beginning of...

And see if it works.

I HAVE JUST DISCOVERED

more stuff is happening

when i preview graphics they are displayed fine on my site

but when i upload things look different like clickable images are missing ?

You really should start a new thread for a new problem. Otherwise it is really difficult to keep track of what is working and what isn't.

Could you confirm whether my recommendation about the section names has fixed the problem with the search results.

sorry about the delay

i have just been sorting out the site and have moved the hyphens ------- but no joy the problem is still persisting


when i move a product from one section to a new section and deleete the old section followed by a purge of my catalouge i upload my site and my search facility goes pear shaped

please help
