Any Clara hosted sites out there?

I am not receiving customer order confirmation emails. I have tested the Network Setup and it works fine. I even get the test email confirmation, but when I place an order no emails come through except the the short email telling me that there is a new order.
No one at Clara seems to know what the problem is. Can anyone help with this?

We are hosted by Claranet. I have just placed an order on our site, and received an email confirmation straight away.
Would you like me to place a test order on your site?

Have you configured Actinic to actually send the confirmation emails?

Check:

View - Business Settings - Company/Contact Tab -

make sure SEnd Receipt Email To Customer is checked.

I jumped the gun! Confirmation emails arriving now. Phew!!!
