    Catalogue Name

    HELP!

When I try to change the name of my catalogue (currently as "OnlyDisk") to "Online Catalogue, I got the error message "Data base error, field 'Catalogue.scurrency' can not be a zero-length string" and try again I got another message "Invalid cursor position, no ketset defined".

    What is the problem?

    Please HELP......

Did you try and change this in 'Edit | Catalog Details'. Also, what version of the software are you using?

        Hi, thank you for helps.

        I am using V4.

When I open V4 and go to " Catalogue", if I click the catalogue name (the name next to the logo of Green Money), and try to change the name into "Online Catalogue", the software did not allow me to change the name with error message described before.

Now my collegue changed the catalogue name in the Template. In that case, you can not change the catalogue name just in the
main section (by clicking the name next to "Green Money").

        Is it normal?

No it isn't. You should be able to double-click on this icon and then change the value in the 'Name' field. If you can't, then it may be thre is aporblem in your database. Try upgrading to the latest version of v4 (v4.1.1).

            Hi, Chris:

            Thanks for your kind help.

I thought that was not normal with the data error message.

My current version is 4.0.7.0.2.0. BASA. How do I update to V4.1.1?

            Many thanks again.
