Adding information pages

Sorry if this is an obvious question but I would like to add separate information pages, specifically an instruction manual to my site and was wondering what is the easiest way to do this.

Hi Tony

Easiest way is to use brochure pages and fragments. Have a brochure page that says Instruction Manual, and the fragments will be information concerning the manual
