Import site snaphot

I recently did a snapshot of my website on the Snapshot > Export bit on actinic so i could move it over to a different pc but the Snapshot > Import bit is blanked out so i cant do anything with it anyone know whats wrong?

Hi there Sean

If you are opening Actinic from the icon on the desktop, then please try the following

1. Go to "My Computer", C:, "Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6"

2. There will be a list of files here, simply copy "snapshot.dll" and "Tszd.dll" to your desktop, then launch actinic again

Now it should be okay

This issue is fixed in 6.1.4 patch.

Thx Naddem that works great but now im getting an error while importing.

There was an initialisation failure while starting the backup or import. Please contact your Actinic reseller or Actinic Support as appropriate for advice.

There is 1 Fatal error

Any ideas?

FATAL ERRORS
The site was created by a different version of Actinic Ecommerce (6.1.3.0.0.0.DHBA) than this version (6.1.2.0.0.0.DDVA).
Actinic Ecommerce can only import a site created by an identical version.

Well that kind of says what my prob is hehe
