HELP, entering card details page not seen

Help, have set up in business settings | Payment and Security , the options "Credit Card capture for later processing" and also turned on actinic inbuilt encryption.

maybe theres another option i need to check?

My guess is that your browser does not support Java plug-ins. You can download Java from http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
