How do you move an order from pending to completed?

How do you move an order from pending to completed without printing or exporting the order?

I don't think you can. There are three steps required in the UI to complete an order

1) Mark all lines as shipped/cancelled.

2) Enter payments for the total of the order

3) Take some record of the order (either a report on an export)

As you seem to be delving in the database (judging by your other post) try changing the 'Status' field in the 'Order' table to 'F' (i.e. 'Finished')
