The customer email order confirmation is very untidy. Is there a way to improve this?

You can edit the order of the elements within the Act_CustomerEmail.txt. template - but the format of the actual elements themselves are controlled by the Perl and are not that easy to understand (I've tried).
The emails look neat and tidy in a proportional font - but most people use Times New Roman as that is the standard with Outlook Express.
