    Duplicate Sub-Sections?

Does anyone please know, if it is possible to have duplicate sub-sections?
I am creating a product list, with different sections, eg:

    Astra
    Escort
    Polo
    Cortina, etc.

within these sections, I then want sub-sections which are the identical within each model, eg:

    Astra,
    Brakes
    Engine
    Accessories
    Escort,
    Brakes
    Engine
    Accessories
    Polo,
    Brakes
    Engine
    Accessories
    Cortina,
    Brakes
    Engine
    Accessories

I have had no problem in creating these duplicate sub-sections, just by cut and paste, into each section. However, when I come to preview the catalogue, I get error message,

"Some duplicate HTML file names have been found and therefore the generation cannot continue.

The following sections have the same page file name as other generated pages:
Section Accessories: page: Copy of Copy of Accessories.html
Section Accessories: page: Copy of Copy of Accessories.html

Any help on this one would be appreciated.

Thanks! from a first time Actinic user....

The problem is that when you duplicate a whole section then you're also creating duplicate subsections and these have to be given a new name.

Most of the time Actinic catches these duplicates and asks you to create another name. I don't why it doesn't do so in this case.

You could try going into your duplicate sections and creating new subsection names for each subsection. E.g. Astra>brakes could be called 'astra brakes', ford>brakes 'ford brakes' etc.

      Duplicate Sub-Sections

      Hi again,

Thanks olderscot. I have done as you suggested and re-named each duplicate sub-section with a suffix.

I was just trying to find an easy way out if possible, as I have 11 sub-sections to each of the of the 32 sections. Work that one out.

      Anyway, done it now. Thanks.
