Where can I find the text:

« None of the above »

at the bottom of the countries list at the start of the checkout.

I want to translate it. In which file or section ?

It might be in ODTemplate.html but I've a feeling that Actinic generates this file.

If that doesn't help you may be out of luck as I saw the string 'None of the above' in Catalog.exe.

You can change the text for 'None of the above' in advanced / locations - don't delete it and recreate it, just change the text.
