Is it possible to add additional emails for sending out to customers when dealing with orders?

At present with v6, you cannot do this, however this is a feature within the next major release of Actinic

I'm glad to see that the next version will allow additional email templates. It would also be really helpful if you could copy incoming emails from customers into the email section of the order, so that all correspondence relating to that order was in one place
