    Hiding Actinic in web address

How can I hide actinic in the web address? I know it can be done because I have visited sites that have used Actinic but there is no mention of it in the address bar.

I think you have probably seen actinic running within a frame. Use of frames means the domain name only is visible in the browser.

When you say hiding actinic, do you mean the /acatalog bit in the URL?

If so, there is 2 ways of doing this.

      1. Get your host to aliase the /acatalog folder to the root documents folder and then sym link it.

      2. Amend the Access Db directly and remove the acatalog references from the network settings, but this will mean you can not use the Network Setup dialog again, as doing so will reinsert the /acatalog bits.
