    Problem with Login and frames

    Hi My site is starting to look better

    I am using the framed option so my menu is always on the left hand site

    but when you go to the login page I loss the frame down the left had site with my navigation links ?

    any idea how to stop this

    Can you please let us see a URL so we can see the issue for ourselves...

    One thought, are you actually talking about an HTML frame here or simply a sidebar in your page. It may be you have a different overall layout template specified for your login page. Check in the 'Login Page Layout' field in 'Design | Options | Layouts'.

        I don't know why Actinic is getting rid of the frame. It think it is that a lot of people have the login page running on SSL - therefore you need to remove all frames in order to show the golden padlock when logging.

        How are you with HTML? My suggestion to you is to create an alternative overall layout template just for the login page that places a blue sidebar down the left hand side that looks like your frame.

        You can set an alternative overall layout template in 'Design | Options | Layouts'.
