couple of invoice queries

Just got a couple of queries

basically, what we want is for our VAT number to appear on the invoices, is there any way to sort this?

Also on our invoices, we want a logo to appear on there, is there any way to alter the template or is it easier to print off on letterheaded paper?

Also on the 'packing note', is it possible to change the wording to Purchase Order?

In regards to customising your invoices, you can either purchase Crystal Reports 8.5 to allow the editing of reports, or contact Mole End who should be able to help.

Your VAT number will appear on your invoices automatically if you add a tax code title and number in the company details in view/business settings.

You can change the purchase order number text in design / text on the packing list subtab of the order processing reports tab.

Using standard Actinic you cannot print onto header paper and you cannot add a logo to the reports. You can edit the report using crystal reports 8.5, to print on headed paper you would just need to move everything down a bit, to add the logo you would need to include a bitmap version of your logo. Crystal reports 8.5 costs between £100 and £150.
