    v5 upgrade

    Hi,

    We have upgraded from 4 to 5.

    However we get this message, we are using the java applet encryption.

    An error occured while merging files on the remote site. Bad Catalog username or password. Check your housekeeping/security settings and try again. If that fails refresh.

    We have checked them to no avail also done a re fresh without success.

    Any ideas?

    We may have the incorrect authorisation key...we have two copies of actinic. But that should n't matter should it?

    It is strange that the refresh did not fix the issue. Check in 'Housekeeping | Security' - try making the 'Username' and 'Password' fields the same in v5 as they are in v4.

    Failing that, delete everything in the online 'acatalog' folder and then try the 'refresh' again.
